Shipping
Unless you give us different instructions, we will ship your
order via United Parcel Service, F.O.B. Space-Rite Industries.
Terms of Sale

NO MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE

All orders are shipped C.O.D. unless credit information is supplied and approved prior to
shipment. A 50% deposit is required from first-time customers on all orders over $250,000.

Open accounts are upon approval only; a signed credit application must be submitted.

Payment terms are net 30 days. Merchandise is invoiced from date of shipment. There us a 1.5%
per-month service charge on overdue accounts.

Cancellations are subject to a charge for work completed.

Due to the nature of the material, merchandise may not be returned without prior consent of
Space-Rite Industries.

Shortages or errors must be reported within 10 days after receipt of order, otherwise shipments
will be considered complete.
Warranty
Space-Rite Industries products are sold with the understanding
that buyers will test the products in actual use and determine for themselves the product's adaptability to intended use.
Space-Rite Industries warrants to buyers that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of
sale. Manufacturer's statements of durability for specific materials are honored on all Space-Rite Industries products. Space-Rite
Industries' obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product only. This warranty is in lieu of
any other warranty, express or implied. Under no circumstances will Space-Rite Industries be liable for any loss, damage,
expense, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use or the inability to use Space-Rite Industries products.
